Allow about 1 1/2 hours of your time to prepare and enjoy this relaxing and therapeutic wrap. Body Wrap Instructions - Basic Towel Method
- · Choose a warm room and turn up the heat - you need to stay warm
- · Dry brush your skin with a natural bristle body brush or dry wash cloth to get the skin stimulated
- · Taking a warm shower to open up pores or use a very warm wash cloth to wipe yourself down
