Owens Acres BBQ Herbs
Great for grilled meats & veggies, in stew, or soups.  Contains:  Oregano, Basil, Rosemary,
Thyme, Sage, Cilantro, and Winter Savory.  We recommend you take 1 tsp. of dried herb
mix and pour it into a large plastic zip bag with 2 TBS of olive oil.  Toss in your meat and
veggies, shake it and then grill it up!
Italian Herb Mix
Mama Mia that's Italian!  Great for grillin' or in oil for bread dippin', or in homemade

Bread & Dipping Oil Herbs
Who doesn't love to dip good French bread in oil and herbs?  It's a great party appetizer.  
Our dipping herbs contain oregano, basil, parsley, rosemary, savory, dried red pepper
flakes, dehydrated onion and bell peppers.  Simply pour some local olive oil on a plate,
sprinkle a tsp. of the dipping herbs and let rest for 15 minutes before serving (to soften

We get asked all the time if our lavender is edible - of course it is!  What is it used for?  
That would be the second question!  Lavender has a long culinary history including use in
the popular Herbs de Provence blend, making lavender sugar, baked into scones, cakes,
and cookies.  We also suggest adding some to lemonaid, grilled veggies, tossed onto salads
