Beautifully packaged for sure, and I absolutely love the Arnica Salve. I have bone spurs in my neck (arthritis) and I cannot stand taking drugs. There are plenty of lavender farms up here in the Northwest that sell handmade, organic products so I decided to do a Google search and I came across your website. You have a beautiful website and great product description...I decided to order. I was VERY curious of your salves and figured I had to have some. My hunch was right. Excellent stuff. I am now a loyal customer. Mother's Day and my mom's birthday are arriving in May...I now know where I am shopping for my mom. And all of the free goodies? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! The extra soaps I got yesterday, well I used the vanilla one last night with my rose bath fizzies! HEAVENLY I so needed it. It really calmed my energy down. Even with my cold, it smelled so nice, I am definitely taking some on my honeymoon!!!! I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you again for your generosity with all the extra's!! | I want to thank all my customer's who took time out of their busy lives to write reviews and send me their comments via email. It's a pleasure to provide quality natural products at reasonable prices to such wonderful customers. In all my years doing business, I have received only two negative comments. One from a local customer who did not like my practice of using soy in some products. I sent her an email and let her know that I would be happy to replace the soy product with a 100% vegetable source if she would just send me an email requesting the switch when she ordered. She couldn't believe I would take the time to write her back personally and offer this solution. She is now a happy and loyal customer. The second unhappy customer called and said her Baby Balm looked "rusted". I told her I make every product myself and inspect every product before I ship them out because I am personally responsible for quality control - so I would be happy to send her a replacement - which I did immediately. She emailed me the next day to apologize and say it was not rusted, it was actually the herbs and essential oils that gave it a marbled appearance and she would pay for the replacement! I told her no worries and she could keep it as a gift - no payment required. I'm happy to accommodate customer requests when possible and if reasonable, so please just ask! If something is not "right", please let me know, and I'll make it right! I'm a firm believer in Karma and will always do the right thing.
